Tianfei Palace
Tianfei Palace, which is located in Hedong District, is one of the three biggest Mazu Temples in China. As the oldest temple in Tianjin, it was built in Yuan Dynasty, and went through Yuan Ming and Qing Dynasty. It has a long history of more than 700 years, and being repaired for many times during that period. In 2001, the construction of Tianfei Relics Museum was ranked in the list of the 20 practical works in Tianjin. On March 20th, 2002, the Tianfei Relics Museum was authorized to be the unit of historical relic's protection. It has provided precious resources for development of human culture and tourism in Tianjin.
